2. How about the electricity consumption when I charge the battery?
I am 70 years old, and the mobility scooter is really useful. I can go around 70KM one change. I purchased it at Toronto store, and you can test drive before your purchase it. Jason is really nice, and he give me soooo much help.
The EMMO T350 is GREAT and is all that was expected.
T350 is awesome It went over hills and through holes. It also went over bumps and small roots. I have no trouble getting it into and out of my T350. Even with my back trouble and terrible knee pain.
I am 5 ft and 61 yrs old. I bought this for my hubby, who is 5'10 and 240 lbs. He loves it. Scooter is overall easy to use, is whisper quiet and being the wheels is very stable., seat is comfortable. We are very pleased, and a whole new world of opportunity has opened up with this purchase.
This scooter meets all of my expectation. It is charged fast, and I was driving it the same day it arrived. The price was affordable, and when I compared it to the exact same scooter through my health plan, this was the better deal. Although I am more than 300 lbs, it moved my fat butt around easily. I was able to go grocery shopping easily and it moves really fast on the open sidewalk. It has taken about two days of driving before it needed a charge. Next weekend I'll be going to Mississauga to spend the day and it should hold up fine. I going to take my charger with me just in case I need to plug it in for a quick charge, but I doubt I'll need it. This scooter is a quality product and should meet most needs for people who need assistance.
This scooter has changed my life. It's great quality. I love all of the materials. The battery lasts long. I used it in universal studios for 4 days and the battery had about 1/3rd power left by the end of long days. I charged it every night. I worked great. I just avoided deep puddles and I was fine. I use it to go shopping and drive around my house when my legs hurt. I love it so much I want to buy one for my mom. She uses it too and it is SO helpful for her. She has a bad knee. It's a quiet motor.
Got it for my sister. She is 275 lbs and issues with her R Knee. It has been used to visit National Parks and it has been of great help for her. Depending on the inclination and terrain conditions, the battery may last longer. Used since 9 am til 12 pm and only a 20 min charge in between is a great performance. It is very quiet , no noise at all when active, it is built greatly and will recommend it because it is great product for the price and the movility it offers. I am very happy for this purchase.
this is a well made product. It was easy to adjust. I traveled all day long and the battery charge only dropped 2 lights, which is not even half way discharged. I have run it around at home quite often and have never come close to running out of battery charge.
i use this scooter nearly every day. It works great for taking the dogs for a walk or just spending time with the wife outside. This is build solid and I've yet to run the battery down. It even climbs up a really steep part of my yard with no problems. I'd buy this scooter again without question.
Tears of joy......I'm only 51 and I am waiting for hip surgery...unable to do much since I cannot walk.....very limiting on my life....but now with this scooter - I have some freedom...you have no idea how happy I am....I am walking on street or should I say (scootering on it) thank you!

I am VERY happy with my purchase. T350 is fast and safety. T350 also have the redio function, and it is very funny.
My Mother can now go from her condo to restaurants and shops 50KM away, visit friends in her complex, and get to the association swimming pool. She is more active and independent and that is great for her mental and physical health. The price was appropriate. No problem since. it is perfect.
This scooter has given me back something I thought was gone forever...mobility. Over the last few years, walking medium to long distances has become too difficult. I love that it has arms and a firm back.
I bought my T350 scooter a few months ago and love it. I have difficulty in walking any distances now and the scooter has given me the ability to go further and see more. In my case, driving to do around the grounds. This is the best investment that I have ever purchased.

Financing is supported in our Toronto Store. For financing, a piece of Canadian ID such as a Canadian passport, drivers license, or health card is required. You would need to fill out an application form using an in-store computer. The application will take around 15 minutes and will automatically let you know if you are approved based on your credit rating. Once approved it will ask you to link a bank account to the application. After the application is complete, you will need to wait a processing time of a few business days before you can take the bike. (Estimates based on 3rd party processing time).
You can pick up e-bikes at your local dealer or arrange for the e-bike to be delivered to you (additional charges may apply). Please note that e-bikes vary in size and weight. We recommend for larger bikes such as the Zone, Knight, Proton GTS to use a truck. For medium to small e-bikes such as E-wild Mini, F6, or F7, we recommend a van or a car.
In the event a product arrives damaged, we will replace all damaged parts free of charge, however our Standard S&H fee will be charged. (The standard S&H fee is the amount it will cost to ship certain parts to you)
Minor scratches, stress marks, or rubbing marks are not covered. We will replace parts that in our opinion have arrived with substantial damage.
Emmo E-Bike Repair Service
Labour and parts are free of charge when the part is under warranty. If the warranty has expired, your local EMMO dealer labour hourly rate and parts will be applied. For our parts pricing, please check your local EMMO dealer.
Comprehensive One Year Warranty: One year repair or replacement is extended to the original owner on the frame, swing-arm, motor and controller against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on all e-bikes, mobility scooters. Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from floods, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty. The Labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the Electric Bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc.
Six Month Warranty on original Batteries and Chargers provided that they have been maintained as instructed by your vehicle hand-book and not subjected to freezing temperatures. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting in using another brand or voltage of charger.
Certain conditions that may limit or completely void the warranty of your e-bike are: altering the bike from its original design or its intend use , eg: pulling a trailer , as a delivery vehicle or any commercial use . ( Please consult your EMMO dealer for more details of the warranty policies.)
Emmo Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
If the purchase includes the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection), the Emmo dealer from whom the customer purchased the e-bike will take responsibilities for the assembly and PDI of the e-bike before the pick-up. In this case, the comprehensive warranty will be valid at the Emmo dealer’s location.
If the customer decided not to purchase the PDI, the bike will be in a box, approximately 80% assembled. The customer will be responsible for the remaining assembly of the e-bike. And there is no Comprehensive Warranty Coverage—however, a 7-day Parts Warranty will be included.
Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the PDI, so that test and trial runs can be conducted on the products to ensure all systems are safe and operable. We also ask that you allow at least 24 hours for warranty and estimate examination, and at least 5 business days for repair.

Buyer’s Responsibility:Before receiving delivery of your new Emmo product, you have inspected all surfaces for any defects or damages and agree that everything is in good working order. Drivers should read and follow rules that are issued by Ministry of Transportation regarding electric bike usage.
Returns or Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, in new and un-used condition only. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees that may apply. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition. If the product has been used or damaged while in the possession of the customer, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for the future credit, unless authorized by Emmo Inc. or the Emmo dealer at a depreciated value. Re-stocking fee is 15% of the original price, not including taxes, freight or PDI.
