1. What should I know about the battery during the use?
When to charge? – It is suggested to charge the battery when the battery level is less than 30%. Do not drain the battery completely. Take care not to overcharge the battery for too long. Most chargers have overcharging protection. However, it is still suggested that you should unplug the charger as soon as possible when it is fully charged.
When charging the battery, you must use a compatible charger. Do not charge under direct sunlight or in a badly-ventilated space. (CAUTION: If the charger/ battery gets abnormally hot during the charging, please unplug the charger immediately and contact your local dealer for help.
Winter storage: Please charge the battery at least once a month. Emmo recommends to discharge the battery before charging. Please do not leave the battery outside for an extended period of time, especially when the battery level is low.
Keep the battery away from fire, any heat sources or exposure to strong direct sunlight.
The electrolyte is corrosive. Do not open the battery.
Scrapped battery cells should be disposed according to the guidelines of local government or relevant organizations.
2. How about the electricity consumption when I charge the battery?
In general, it would cost $0.20~$0.40 to fully charge the battery.
I LOVE THIS BIEK. The SOHO is sooooo lovely, and it easy to drive. It has 60V battery which means it is can very easy to go uphill. I purchase this bike at Toronto dealer store, and Jason give me a lot of help. He answered all of me question, and let me test drive. Highly recommend!!
The SOHO is smaller than almost e-bike, so it is easy to storage. When I turn on the headlight, I know this is what I want. The healdlight is really beautiful. I advise that you have to come to the EMMO dealer store to look at it. You will love it.A lot of EMMO dealer store can do the test drive,you can test it!
I really do love this bike, It is big and heavy, I'm 5'4", but it was easy to handle on the road and while pushing it and comfortable to ride. I try to find some disappoint part, but finally, I failed. This is a perfect e-bike. I am sure I will purchase another one next year!

I've bought two of these bikes now. I owned one for a few months and I just bought another for my wife. I love riding it around and exploring new places where I never would have gone before. Here is the thing about bikes: they are really cool and useful, they take you to new places where cars can't go - and they get you there a lot faster than walking. But normally the problem is that you have to "plan" for a bike ride. Overall, I love this bike. I love it so much that I bought one for my wife also. Now we can go on awesome adventures together. It is a serious life improvement. It gets us out of the house more often... leading to a healthier life overall. A fantastic purchase!
This bike is freaking awesome!!! I use this for transportation to get to work. I ride to work in to avoid paying for parking which is like $260 a month. I also save money on gas. This past week we had a snow storm. When I got out side snow was maybe 3inches, but it was no match for this bike. Money well spent!!
Emmo E-Bike Repair Service
Labour and parts are free of charge when the part is under warranty. If the warranty has expired, your local EMMO dealer labour hourly rate and parts will be applied. For our parts pricing, please check your local EMMO dealer.
Comprehensive One Year Warranty: One year repair or replacement is extended to the original owner on the frame, swing-arm, motor and controller against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on all e-bikes, mobility scooters. Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from floods, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty. The Labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the Electric Bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc.
Six Month Warranty on original Batteries and Chargers provided that they have been maintained as instructed by your vehicle hand-book and not subjected to freezing temperatures. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting in using another brand or voltage of charger.
Certain conditions that may limit or completely void the warranty of your e-bike are: altering the bike from its original design or its intend use , eg: pulling a trailer , as a delivery vehicle or any commercial use . ( Please consult your EMMO dealer for more details of the warranty policies.)
Emmo Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
If the purchase includes the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection), the Emmo dealer from whom the customer purchased the e-bike will take responsibilities for the assembly and PDI of the e-bike before the pick-up. In this case, the comprehensive warranty will be valid at the Emmo dealer’s location.
If the customer decided not to purchase the PDI, the bike will be in a box, approximately 80% assembled. The customer will be responsible for the remaining assembly of the e-bike. And there is no Comprehensive Warranty Coverage—however, a 7-day Parts Warranty will be included.
Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the PDI, so that test and trial runs can be conducted on the products to ensure all systems are safe and operable. We also ask that you allow at least 24 hours for warranty and estimate examination, and at least 5 business days for repair.

Buyer’s Responsibility:Before receiving delivery of your new Emmo product, you have inspected all surfaces for any defects or damages and agree that everything is in good working order. Drivers should read and follow rules that are issued by Ministry of Transportation regarding electric bike usage.
Returns or Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, in new and un-used condition only. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees that may apply. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition. If the product has been used or damaged while in the possession of the customer, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for the future credit, unless authorized by Emmo Inc. or the Emmo dealer at a depreciated value. Re-stocking fee is 15% of the original price, not including taxes, freight or PDI.
