The Urban is really great, which come with a removable battery. I use this bike to do delivery work, and it really useful! highly recommend!
Just bought 2 Urban bikes from EMMO. Jason were very patient(as we had a lot of questions) and very informative. Great experience and highly recommend Urban. On the way home wife dropped me off at the base of the escarpment and rode my new bike up with no issues at all. I am home and completely soaked as it was raining but very happy. Thanks to all for the help and information.
Urban is really nice. Easy to storage and easy to control. This is my second Urban, last one I drived 5 years, and never has any problem, just too old, then I think it is may be the time to change another one. High recommend.
In a word, the Urban is FAST and FUN and surprisingly easy to get used to. Everyone that comes over, I've heard more than a few pedestrians go "whoa!" as I've sped by them on the road. Keeping up with cars and whizzing past bikes is also very gratifying. I'm pissed I didn't come purchase one sooner!
I bought a Urban after consulting with staff there and they were able to answer all my questions. The bike i bought works very well and no problems yet. This bike is fun to drive, I recommend buying from EMMO for I shopped around for a week and found them to be the most friendly and knowledgeable and have what I was looking for in stock.
Urban is the best delivery bike. TOOO useful, and I purchased the second battery, I can go 100KM per day. OF COURSE HIGH RECOMMEND!
Excellent customer service. I was able to test ride multiple bikes prior to making a decision and never felt pressured. I had very little knowledge about the different types of bikes and what size I needed, and they were able to help me decide what type of bike was best for me. I paid $1099 + tax for the high quality e-bike, which is what I was expecting. It was not that much more expensive compared to places like other e-bike brand, and a much higher quality bike. They also include warranty, which is awesome for someone like me who isn't very handy.
Great experience with EMMO store. Worked with Jason and Edison to find the bike I wanted (EMMO Urban). Both were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and the test ride. Overall top notch experience here. You get the no pressure attitude, they enjoy talking bikes and genuinely want to help. Will be back!
EMMO runs a good shop. They know what they're talking about. If you spend some time with them they won't steer you wrong no matter if it's a new e-bike purchase or a repair. They're professionals who'll set you up right.

At our Toronto stores we accept many payment methods: Cash, Debit card, Credit card, Email transfer and Financing. For more payment options or details please contact your local dealer.
Financing is supported in our Toronto Store. For financing, a piece of Canadian ID such as a Canadian passport, drivers license, or health card is required. You would need to fill out an application form using an in-store computer. The application will take around 15 minutes and will automatically let you know if you are approved based on your credit rating. Once approved it will ask you to link a bank account to the application. After the application is complete, you will need to wait a processing time of a few business days before you can take the bike. (Estimates based on 3rd party processing time).
You can pick up e-bikes at your local dealer or arrange for the e-bike to be delivered to you (additional charges may apply). Please note that e-bikes vary in size and weight. We recommend for larger bikes such as the Zone, Knight, Proton GTS to use a truck. For medium to small e-bikes such as E-wild Mini, F6, or F7, we recommend a van or a car.
In the event a product arrives damaged, we will replace all damaged parts free of charge, however our Standard S&H fee will be charged. (The standard S&H fee is the amount it will cost to ship certain parts to you)
Minor scratches, stress marks, or rubbing marks are not covered. We will replace parts that in our opinion have arrived with substantial damage.
Emmo E-Bike Repair Service
Labour and parts are free of charge when the part is under warranty. If the warranty has expired, your local EMMO dealer labour hourly rate and parts will be applied. For our parts pricing, please check your local EMMO dealer.
Comprehensive One Year Warranty: One year repair or replacement is extended to the original owner on the frame, swing-arm, motor and controller against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on all e-bikes, mobility scooters. Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from floods, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty. The Labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the Electric Bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc.
Six Month Warranty on original Batteries and Chargers provided that they have been maintained as instructed by your vehicle hand-book and not subjected to freezing temperatures. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting in using another brand or voltage of charger.
Certain conditions that may limit or completely void the warranty of your e-bike are: altering the bike from its original design or its intend use , eg: pulling a trailer , as a delivery vehicle or any commercial use . ( Please consult your EMMO dealer for more details of the warranty policies.)
Emmo Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
If the purchase includes the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection), the Emmo dealer from whom the customer purchased the e-bike will take responsibilities for the assembly and PDI of the e-bike before the pick-up. In this case, the comprehensive warranty will be valid at the Emmo dealer’s location.
If the customer decided not to purchase the PDI, the bike will be in a box, approximately 80% assembled. The customer will be responsible for the remaining assembly of the e-bike. And there is no Comprehensive Warranty Coverage—however, a 7-day Parts Warranty will be included.
Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the PDI, so that test and trial runs can be conducted on the products to ensure all systems are safe and operable. We also ask that you allow at least 24 hours for warranty and estimate examination, and at least 5 business days for repair.

Buyer’s Responsibility:Before receiving delivery of your new Emmo product, you have inspected all surfaces for any defects or damages and agree that everything is in good working order. Drivers should read and follow rules that are issued by Ministry of Transportation regarding electric bike usage.
Returns or Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, in new and un-used condition only. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees that may apply. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition. If the product has been used or damaged while in the possession of the customer, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for the future credit, unless authorized by Emmo Inc. or the Emmo dealer at a depreciated value. Re-stocking fee is 15% of the original price, not including taxes, freight or PDI.
