Good quality e-bike. Reasonable and affordable price. Excellent customer service. highly recommended.
I recently bought an EMMO Ebike from the Spadina location. I was very happy with the customer care and after-purchase service and advice. Melissa has been very helpful as well as the manager. I would highly recommend them for both product assistance and customer service. Update: Five months down the road and I still continue to be impressed with their ongoing customer service. Thank you again!
Just ordered my fifth e bike .. After service best in the business , whole experience first rate..
Great selection of bikes with high quality parts to fit all price ranges! Staff where friendly, patient, and helpful. A few days ago I crashed my Knight. The front light was not turning on. I quickly contacted the store and after a few questions answered they sent me a replacement light. I will be a returning customer!

I have to say, EMMO has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! If you’re interested in EV bikes, look no further, they are honest, fair and true to their word.
I purchased my Emmo Knight Sport in July 2018, after owning for a couple months I have a realistic review of this product. Service – I didn’t buy my Emmo from Emmo directly, but thru a dealer. There was an issue with a defective battery that they didn’t hesitate to bring in and fix under warranty. So A+ to Derand Motorsport Ottawa as an Emmo dealer for ensuring Emmo customers are happy and taken care of! Aesthetics – This bike, I discovered, is based off the Honda Grom (2013-2014?ish) Frame. It is a well styled bike that always turns heads as I’m driving around. The fairings follow some of the most basic design standards of any motorcycle out there, in that it integrates the rider into the bike, creating a riding experience, vs just a vehicle to drive around on. Parts and Service – This really depends on your dealer, but with the dealer I bought from I have no issue with getting service or questions answered. One thing to note as well, for a lot of the main frame components, like forks, shocks and fairings, you can sub for parts from the 2013ish Honda Grom 125cc. Same goes for the front wheel, brakes, lights, and tires, so there will always be a way to get some of the parts. Any of the conversion components, hub motor, controller, and wiring will have to come from Emmo as those are specific, you can also order any of the other parts from Emmo as well. Function & Driving – Since it’s based on a well known bike, made by a company know to be good at bikes, it rides beautifully. Tho there is some extra noise from bumps, this can be easily attributed to the conversion to an electric unit. The range is, surprisingly, almost exactly as advertised. Anyone and everyone knows that stats are usually based on controlled tests in a nearly lab environment, and not to expect those results in the real world, but this one comes closer than anyone else. At setting H or III (with governor on 32km/h) I got 45km before the torque went down, and I began to lose top speed, mind you, it didn’t stop yet. Until complete shutdown I’d expect to get around 55km of range at governed top speed the whole way, this is factoring in real road conditions like stop and go traffic, hills, wind drag, and a rider weighing 185lbs. At lower speed settings I could expect to get even more range, as, with any motor/battery system, the slower the motor speed, the less power it uses. With a full charge and up to the 45km mark at the highest setting (with governor on at 32km/h) the take of torque is great! If you need to get out of a parking spot quick into traffic, this little bike can do it. Cornering is stable and beautiful. You have to treat this like a motorcycle at this speed, with this design, and once you get a handle on it, you’ll be golden. Driving in a straight line this bike is super stable and rides well. Suspension from the factory is perfect for me, however the rear shock can be adjusted if you require making this bike compatible with many riders. Storage is minimal, the glove box (where a gas tank would be), can hold the charging unit, plus a few things fairly comfortably, under the seat can hold a couple SMALL things. This is to be expected when most of the real estate is used to give you power. In my glove box I manage to fit the charging unit, a wall plug timer, a heavy chain lock, my wallet and house keys comfortably. Under my seat I have a small package of cleaning wipes and the extension cord, which is a tight fit, but doable. Negative points – I really don’t have a lot of negative things to say about this bike, but with ALL products anywhere in creation, there will be a point or two. The pedals COULD be about a inch further out so they don’t get caught on the kick stand when backing up (By Law in Ontario Pedals MUST be attached), and they could include a clip to hold them in like with the bars so they don’t drag on hard and low cornering. The daytime headlight bulb should be LED, it’s not. Tho this isn’t a very big deal on a bike that requires this much power every ounce of juice saving should be employed and this was one thing overlooked, albeit small thing. Despite the amazing range this bike has for the torque it has, I really wish it did come with a slightly larger battery as a standard, but this one is sufficient for a daily commuter, or taking it out for a ride. I also wish it would support a slightly faster charging, but that’s battery chemistry and out of Emmo’s hands. Overall this is a great bike for anyone to pick up and drive. Its fun to drive, has the range to be very useful as a daily driver, and looks good doing it. If you have never rode a bicycle before this would be a good one for a newbie since it does so well at self balancing, with multiple speed settings you can start out slow until your comfortable. Great job Emmo on choosing a good frame to base this bike on and manage to get almost everything right!
