Advocate: A person who shares a referral link encouraging people to purchase an electric bike from EMMO.

Friend: An individual who receives a referral link from an Advocate and purchases an electric bike from EMMO.

Referral Rewards: An incentive awarded to Advocates for each qualifying order placed by their Friends.

Qualifying Order: An order that meets all the conditions outlined below.

Program Participation:

To participate in the EMMO referral program, Advocates must be existing customers of EMMO, sign up for the referral program on the EMMO website and be in good standing with EMMO. This means that any act that goes against EMMO's terms of purchase or code of conduct may disqualify the Advocate from participating in the referral program. Referrals must be given at the time of purchase. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively. EMMO reserves the right to modify, change, update, terminate or restrict the applicability of this Program at any time in its sole discretion and without further notice.

Advocate Requirements:

• Advocates must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Canada or the United States.
• Advocates must share the referral link provided by EMMO through email or social media.
• Advocates will receive one referral reward per qualifying order. Referral rewards are not awarded based on the total number of electric bikes in a single order. For example, if a Friend places one order containing two electric bikes, the Advocate will receive one referral reward.
• Referral rewards are sent to qualifying Advocates shortly after the Friend's order has been fulfilled, and the referral is verified as legitimate.

Friend Requirements:

• Friends must be first-time customers of EMMO.
• Friends must purchase an electric bike either i) online at the EMMO website using the Advocate's referral link, ii) over the phone with an EMMO Customer Experience team member, or iii) in-store at an EMMO showroom.
• Friends must not use any other active promotion, coupon code, or discount.
• For phone orders, Friends must provide the full name, email address, and original order number of the Advocate. This allows us to properly identify the Advocate in our customer database. If we are unable to definitively identify the Advocate in our customer database, the referral cannot be processed.
• Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Abuse and Misuse:

EMMO reserves the right to revoke the ability to participate in our referral program at any time. Abuse, misuse, or any other negative behavior we see will result in disqualification.
