Got this 90L insulated bag (around 19×18×16” I suppose) and I’m loving it. It’s huge — basically fits everything I throw in. Seems to handle light rain for about an hour too, which is a lifesaver on rides.
Only gripe: the straps are a bit short for my 15-inch rear rack, so I had to get a bracket to make it work. Still, I’ve hauled up to 30 kg in it and it’s holding up great.

A spacious 51L bag, sufficient enough for large or multiple orders. Inner and outer materials seem excellent in comparison to other bags of equal value. I hope it holds up over time.
A really well designed product, very sturdy and was easy to assemble the inner frame which keeps it so solid. Nice touch with the separate panels also. A fine product for sure.
I have been using it for a week. I have been loving the bag until i saw a rupture on the upper side of the handles where normally you'd be puting it on your back. It is slowly opening. Now i do have wide shoulders and i am always carrying it on my back and not on a rack. Maybe the material was not strong enough to handle long hours of strain in the back. If you have a rack, i don't think it will be a problem. But puting it in and out of your back the material does not seem strong enough and honestly i am disappointed. The material is awful.
