A physical storefront is preferred, but it isn’t always required. We also welcome e-commerce partners who focus on sales and marketing.

When we review dealer applications, we typically look for a setup that can support:
• A plan for customer support, including basic service and maintenance (in-house or through a local service partner)
• A customer-friendly way to showcase products, whether that’s in-store display, pop-ups, or online merchandising
• A clear presence and consistent branding

We support new dealers with marketing materials and a steady flow of customer inquiries directed to participating local stores.

Our dealer marketing support typically includes three areas:
• Lead direction: we connect customers to local dealers when they’re shopping or requesting information.
• Ready-to-use assets: product images, key specs, and campaign creatives you can use online or in-store.
• Support for your own marketing: guidance and coordination to help you get more value from your local advertising and promotions.

We accept common B2B payment options for dealer orders, including wire transfer and e-transfer, and we can also support other account payment arrangements depending on the order. Dealer financing is available with approved terms so you can place inventory orders and pay over time based on your agreement. EMMO supports dealers with a dedicated account manager, marketing support, and ongoing product and service training.

You’ll be paired with an account manager who stays closely connected with you for day-to-day coordination, updates, and help as your dealership grows.

We also help with marketing by featuring you on our dealer map and routing relevant local inquiries to your store, plus support for your local marketing efforts.

On the product side, we provide ongoing introductions and training, and our service team is available to help your staff troubleshoot and resolve product-related questions so you can support customers confidently.

It’s a dealership program with Emmo, not a franchise. Dealers remain fully independent and keep 100% control of their day-to-day operations, and there are no sign-up fees. As a dealer, you can access Emmo product training, marketing materials, and replacement parts support for current models.

You can carry and sell anything we offer as an EMMO dealer, including electric bikes, electric scooters, mobility scooters, off-road electric dirt bikes, and our full range of parts and accessories.
