The shipping process took a lot longer than it should have but that was Canpar’s fault. They also damaged the derailleur in shipping as well. Luckily this bike is very well built and has very high quality parts so I was able to fix it up like new myself and it works great. The paint job and clear coat on the frame is absolutely amazing, the whole bike quality overall exceeds my expectations and my expectations were very high considering how much these bikes cost. I can easily get over 100 kms on a charge and I use the throttle a lot going up hills. Very impressive.

Good bang for your buck
I just bought an emmo E-Wild 2. I went on my first ride and conquered Hills of never conquered before. Hitting a local cross country ski trail it handled all the mud dirt grass fantastically. I am a heavier guy and I definitely still got to work out because I use the pedal assist far more than I used the throttle. The bike itself I am super appreciative of all of the details. From the way the box was designed so that it would hold the tire for you, to the gear shift guards and the seat handle, they seem to really care about a lot of the little things that massively impact your daily use and gives me a lot of confidence. I thought choosing email over more established brands was going to be a pretty big risk, I'm only a weekend but I am very thankful for my purchase. I'm encouraged to get out in nature to use my car less and it is fun. I know longer am demotivated by the look of the hills around me and instead I'm excited to climb them with the help of my brand new emmo. It really seems like this company is reinvesting profits into the product. It is cheaper and it is really good bang for the buck. There are a couple of drawbacks. There is a lot of rattle when you go over bumps. One of the chords that powers the light ended up snapping it's getting replaced but I have no idea how it broke... (I have been riding it but I've also been kind of babying it) The hydraulic brakes are good but they are quite noisy. The bike is very heavy so having good breaks is a must. But they still make sound even when you're not breaking. Battery is definitely not as long-lasting as advertised. I live in a very hilly small town and I got about 2/3 of the advertised battery. (They lean into the up to part)All in all quality for my dollar I highly recommend based off of one week.

I’m writing to share my honest review of my recent purchase of the Ewild Pro. I had very high expectations for Emmo, so I was disappointed when I received the bike.
The delivery company, Canpar, was terrible. They didn’t inform me that the bike would be delivered that day and instead gave me a notice to pick it up somewhere. The delivery guy was incredibly rude and refused to wait for me, even though I told him I’d be there in 10 minutes. He just could have rescheduled the delivery.
When the bike finally arrived, there was a QR code on it with assembly instructions. However, there was no video of the Ewild Pro 2025 available on the QR code or anywhere else on the Emmo website. The only video available was for the 2022 model.
My partner and I managed to figure out how to assemble the bike, but it took longer than it should have if we had received the correct instructions.
Despite the problems with the bike and the delivery, I still love it. It’s a little bigger than I expected for my height of 5’6”, but it’s still comfortable.
Overall, I’d give the customer satisfaction a 5 out of 10, but I’d give the bike a 20 out of 10.

The E-Wild Pro has turned into my weekend ride for going out on trails around my town. The bike feels solid, and the fat tires give me confidence on gravel and rougher paths. Even at lower assist levels it’s pretty easy to pedal, which surprised me for a heavier bike. The battery definitely lasts longer than I expected. I took it on a 40 km loop last Sunday and still had a good amount left. Brakes feel controlled, not jumpy, and the overall comfort is better than the last e-bike I owned. Haven’t tried every feature yet, but so far everything works smoothly and reliably.

I’ve been riding the E-Wild Pro for a couple of weeks now and it’s honestly been a great addition to my daily routine. I usually ride between my home and work, around 12 km each way, and the fat tires make the whole trip much smoother than my last bike. The pedal assist kicks in gently and makes the hills in my area way easier to manage. The battery hasn’t dropped quickly either; after three commutes it still showed plenty left. The MAG rims were new to me, but I like that there’s no spoke tuning. I haven’t tested the full 160 km potential yet, but for regular weekday riding it’s more than enough. Very happy with it so far.
