I was so pleased to find this charger. As the owner of a 12 year old 84v Daymak scooter (Daymak has been out of business for a few years) I had dropped my original charger and could not find a replacement. Using AI to search I came up with an expensive replacement out of China which in the end did not work. A last ditch simple Google search turned up this Emmo charger which has been perfect.
The Charger works fine and runs quite, the process to receive it was arduous and a pay that ended up costing me out of pocket costs for bus or UBER while I waited the over 7 days to get it.
First I was asked to provide SHOP a copy of my utility bill or Drivers License to verify my address due to this company experiencing fruad. SHOP had all my information as they are the payment/secure checkout for other places I had purchased products from numerous times 9ver the years from various companies.
When I stated in no uncertain terms I would not be providing a Utility Bill or Driver License there was NO Response for several days, only after I had bought something from some other company and screen snipped that confirmation, that is and was Identical to the confirmation on EMMO own site, did they take almost a day to respond saying now that I confirmed they would ship.
Summary, Products are fine enough, ordering and Customer Support, especially given that I have bought 2 different Monster Ebikes from your Dundas Location, and tou have Shipped an ENTIRE eBike to my address before, the customer support could use additional resources to improve the customer experience.
I have had 3 emmo scooters and had had nothing but good experience with the service they provided to me .One of the scooters I had I bought off Facebook and needed allot of work they helped me out so much from sales to service I recommend emmo over all scooters
