Great experience with Emmo and the purchase of new batteries. Quick response to my inquiries.
As you can see from the images, after taking out my two-year-old batteries, they were in extreme need of replacement. One of the batteries had a crack on the bottom, and as you can see in the photo, they are extremely swollen.
The new batteries came in very swiftly, and they are perfect. I had them replaced, and my bike is running so smoothly. I cannot be happier!
I'm super happy with how EMMO worked with me for my tax-exempt status, and I can only rate them 5 out of 5 stars for amazing service. Also, having a phone line that you can contact them on for questions is extremely useful.
If not for that, I would have ended up purchasing the batteries through my local EMMO dealer, Sudbury Ebike, who sells these same batteries (EMMO brand) for $89.00 each, while you can get them off EMMO's website for $67.00 each!
The operator/owner of Sudbury Ebike told me that he can't guarantee that these batteries will be reliable since he can't confirm they came from EMMO. This is despite the fact that I brought them in the box that they were shipped in from EMMO. This caught me off guard because my assumption was that, because they are the only EMMO reseller in Sudbury that will work on EMMO bikes, I need to go to that shop so my warranty is not voided on the batteries I just purchased, since they're being installed at Sudbury Ebike, who's licensed to sell and work on these products.
He didn't seem to want to believe me that the batteries were much cheaper on the website, and when I showed him the photo of what I paid from you guys, he seemed to get pretty defensive about it after he mentioned to me a few times that they can sell me the batteries, so I explained why I bought from EMMO directly.
I really wish we had another EMMO reseller in Sudbury, Ontario.

Shipping and recieving took about a month.. a little sad aabout that as we have a very short ride season HOWEVReverywthing came perfectly packaged and i can tell they were very attentive to protecting the delivery. Thanks.
Ordered replacement batteries for a bike I purchased used. Even though they warned me there could be delays due to it being very busy the batteries arrived within a few days. Excellent service.
I recived my order whit in 5 days. Very quick!! one of the batterie was damage but emmo fixed the isue right away, whit juste a couole photo of the damage item and a quick explanation of my situation they where happy to help and sent me a new batteri to replace the damage one. Im still wayting for the batterie at this point but im very happy whit the way they took the siyuayion in hand and how quick it was. Will 100% buy frome them again
All the seven batteries I ordered metered out around 12.68 volts. As they should. Delivered to my front door. 7 12v 20ah for a Monster s. All good, no issues
Incredible packaging on the batteries I have never seen anything like it before. I've been riding e-bikes for 22 years and have ordered a lot of batteries through a lot of different companies. I was surprised at the amount of effort that was put in to make sure the package was secure for shipping across Canada. Great job Emmo.
