I bought E-Skooter Emmo type from them before one year, When I wend to their store I didn't feel I'm a customer, I feel this place it's mine, if we want to speak about the quality and the time of deliver your Bike both of them I exited and I will not go to other dealer to get any service related to E-Bikes.
After a year and more than 1600 KM the total of my trips I went there before week ago to change my batteries ...
Just got Second hand off a buddy and let me just say I’m 25 years old, but I feel like the coolest 80-year-old man riding this mileage is amazing. Perfect speed to heavy bike but heavy things are always built to last.
Very helpful and informative, helped me chose the perfect ebike and shipped it to me from Ontario to Alberta for very reasonable freight shipping. Highly recommend if you're looking for an ebike, even outside Ontario. I ended up getting the GT84 and I couldn't be happier. Very good ebike.
The bike was quickly shipped, everything was in good order, and in total after a bit of discussions re: personal information, everything was handled in a totally professional manner.

Clipped my GT80 Deluxe and since I had moved recently I wasn't able to reach the dealer that sold me my ebike. I called the 1-800 helpline and turns out my city had an Emmo dealer. The local dealer helped me out with same day service. Emmo ebikes and customer service is amazing.
You really can't miss this store if you are looking for it, as they have a bunch of scooters parked outside. This is the first scooter shop we hit downtown, so we were really the uneducated folks trying to soak up as much information as possible. Well, we picked the best place to do that.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and asked us a lot of questions to probe into what kind of scooter would work best for us. After doing our rounds of the stores and not getting remotely the same service, Emmo got our sale.
i grabbed the gt80 deluxe emmo its got a heavy weight limit one of there biggest bikes not as much to look at but im 250 lbs and the daymak the same price had 350 lbs capacity so i chose the one with over 600 lbs capacity overkill but i don't regret it lol
I bought a scooter for my son for college. He loves it and has so much fun on it!
gets about 50 miles on a charge as he told me. it is saving him good money from gas and Uber rides for sure. one good feature he really likes is the UBS phone charger on it.
This model and many others that Emmo carries has an option where you can start the bike with the wireless remote vs. putting the key into the ignition, I like this option because it means my keys can stay in my pocket and not jingle around on the bike, also it has a built in alarm for locking the bike and deterring theft.
100% worth the money . now i been having my GT 80 e-bike for 3 weeks now , i just loving it . compare to the money you spend on public transit with no freedom . i think everyone that don't travel far to work should get an e-bike . at a cost of less then a $1 to get a full charge and travel 50km . just think of how much money you can save a year. YES EMMO keep producing more wonderful products.
The day I went in to buy my bike I found the salesperson super helpful, even though I'm not a bike afficionado by any means. He showed me a range of options within the price that I was considering. While I did end up buying one that was slightly more expensive then I'd planned, it legitimately was a more comfortable ride than the others, and I did not feel like he was upselling me a product that I didn't need.
6 Years ago I bought a Burgandy one just like this one and this one is my new one in Black I love these bikes they are a big bike and a SMOOTH RIDE and lots of power to this one all up to date on every thing and Im going to tell you all if you have a billon questions to ask the guys that work here they will answer them and they are very friendly and all ways have a BIG SMILE FOR WHO EVER GOES IN TO SEE THEM !And they all so rember the people that buy the E Bikes from them too !! I LOVE MY RIDE !
Kevin and I have purchased e-bikes over the past 8 years at several locations, never pleased with the companies themseves until we discovered EMMO.
Don't buy anywhere else. Anyone can sell you a bike but NO ONE but Emmo will provide the after sales service with out unnecessary high cost and inconvienience and all round unhappiness that other e-bike stores create. If you are a new rider to e-Bikes you will be given tips, encouragement and will ride out of that store knowing you can do it!
EMMO takes care of their customers unlike any other. We have purchased 3 bikes from EMMO over the last 2 years alone. We like to change them every 2 seasons and there are 2 of us. Plus we have sent countless others to them and I have never had a complaint back from any one of them.
Buying the bike is the easy part. It doesn't matter who you buy it from, UNTIL you see what a difference it is buying it from EMMO. You will quickly understand why they are the busiest.
But its the after sales service that no other e-bike stores practise at all, or if they do, quite poorly, until Emmo.
They will take care of you at EMMO as they understand that by doing so you will be a return customer. All other e-bike stores just want to grab your money now and move on to the next customer and be done with you.You dont matter to them, so they will make any after sales such an unpleasant experience, you really won't want to buy from them again.
EMMO will ensure that you are happy and want to come back!
No I do not work for Emmo, or are related nor do I receive any % off a purchase but just happen to have bought a few e-bikes and several at other well known "Top" e-bike stores and fully understand that it's the Wild West out there but Emmo will treat you very well and take care of all of your needs!
I would never recommend that friends go anywhere BUT Emmo!! And nor will we ever again! Shop at EMMO. You will have an all round pleasurable experience if you do!
In fact, no other e-bike store has an after sales service area where customers often just stop by to say hi and chit chat briefly with the sales staff, mechanics, etc. That is indicitive of how well they treat their customers.
Its easy for anyone to rant and rave and say that they did not have a good experience, but dig a bit deeper and you will usually find their rant is without much thought, logic or good reason. People love to rant but rarely remember to praise! :)
It's really a No-Brainer. Just shop at Emmo and you will be well cared for!
I had pretty much decided on the bike I was going to purchase but Rob was very helpful with a few last minute questions and with setting me up quickly so could ride out of the store with my gorgeous new bike :)
James and Joanne have the customer's every concern in order when it comes to the Ebike experience! Friendly, courteous, the only experts you need when it comes to hassle free repairs and purchases.
