What is the extended warranty plan?
The extended warranty plan is an extension of the manufacturer's comprehensive warranty.
To activate the Extended Warranty Plan, you must purchase it within 30 days of your bike purchase, and provide proof of purchase. We'll contact you after we receive your order to request proof of purchase for activation.
What is covered by the extended warranty plan?
The Extended Warranty Plan covers defects in material or workmanship for an additional period beyond the manufacturer's comprehensive warranty. Please note that batteries are not covered under the Extended Warranty Plan.
In the event of any defect or malfunction, please contact the authorized Emmo dealer where you purchased the bike or our customer support team immediately. You can also submit a warranty claim online by filling in the warranty claim form.
How to cancel?
You can cancel the Extended Warranty Plan within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund, as long as you haven't filed a claim. If you cancel after the manufacturer's warranty expires, or if you've already filed a claim during the manufacturer's warranty period, you'll receive a prorated refund. Please note that if you've already received a replacement due to a claim, your contract is fulfilled, and you won't receive a refund.
