Although the shipping took longer than expected. The sales person Kristy was very responsive, very true to her word. The quality of the product has impressed everyone that sees it. I think I would go with the plus for the cab height if we did it again. That said cab is surprisingly roomy, though not designed for adult in the back seat. He has taking a couple of adults for a test ride ( a bit cozy). We went with the winter tires which made a big difference so glad we did. Very happy customers !! Thx so much !!
Picked up the ET‑4 Cruise Connect last week. Cozy cabin keeps me dry in rain, and the power windows are surprisingly handy when someone waves hello. Plus, I can stash my groceries in the back without a second thought. Totally worth it.
Bought the ET 4 Cruise Connect for my dad and it has been amazing for his independence. He can get to his appointments, groceries, and quick visits with neighbours without needing us to drive him every time. The enclosed cabin is his favourite part. He keeps laughing that it feels like an adult Cozy Coupe and says he feels like a kid again. He does not feel the wind at all, even on colder mornings. The heater warms up fast and the ride stays stable on uneven sidewalks. He also really likes the rear camera because it makes backing up much easier.
Nous avons acheté l’ET4 Cruise Connect pour ma mère, et honnêtement ça a changé son quotidien. Elle peut aller à l’épicerie, à ses rendez-vous et visiter ses amies au quartier sans dépendre de nous. Elle adore la cabine fermée parce qu’elle n’a plus froid au vent, même quand la température descend. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien et se met en marche rapidement. La conduite est stable sur les trottoirs un peu abîmés. Elle trouve aussi la caméra arrière super pratique pour se stationner devant la résidence. Elle n’a pas encore exploré toutes les fonctions, mais tout ce qu’elle utilise chaque jour marche parfaitement.
Very dependable scooter. My mom loves being protected from the wind and rain. It is easy for her to park since forward and reverse are just simple buttons, so she can pull in and out without any trouble. The ET4 Connect is small enough to fit almost anywhere, but she is 5'6" and still has plenty of legroom and headroom inside, so it is not as tiny as it looks haha. She finds it easy to drive and very comfortable.
We bought this scooter for my dad after he stopped driving, and it truly gave him his freedom back. He uses it almost every day for small errands or afternoon rides around the neighbourhood. The enclosed cabin makes a huge difference in comfort with no wind, no cold, and no dust. The doors open wide and are easy for him to manage.
The brakes feel strong and the scooter stays steady even when the sidewalks are not perfect. He really likes the touchscreen and says it is much easier to see than the one on his old mobility scooter. The rear seat is useful for carrying his things with no issues. The seat is adjustable, so sometimes my dad can even share the scooter with my mom.

Super achat pour mon oncle. Comme il avait fait une chute l’hiver dernier et avait dû aller à l’hôpital, il marchait très prudemment et n’avait jamais vraiment retrouvé sa confiance en revenant à la maison. Maintenant, il peut sortir beaucoup plus facilement. Avec ce scooter, il contrôle tout avec ses mains en restant bien assis dans la cabine entièrement fermée, ce qui le rassure énormément.
Le scooter roule en douceur, les freins répondent bien et la cabine le garde vraiment au chaud. Au Québec, il fait froid, mais maintenant il peut sortir sans se soucier de geler. Il aime aussi écouter un peu de musique pendant ses déplacements. Il dit que c’est “comme un petit véhicule juste pour moi”. Nous sommes vraiment très contents de ce modèle.

Bought this for my grandmother and it is honestly one of the best decisions we made. We were looking at different options, but we chose this one as it is approved by Health Canada, so we felt it would be the safest and most reliable choice for her. She feels much safer with the fully enclosed cabin, especially on rainy or windy days. The heater works surprisingly well and she does not need to wear heavy jackets anymore. She likes the simple controls, and the reverse camera has been a huge help for parking in our tiny garage. Très bon scooter. La cabine protège super bien du vent et du froid, alors ma mère peut enfin sortir quand elle veut sans se soucier de la météo. Le système de verrouillage à distance est très pratique et rassurant quand elle le laisse dans un stationnement. Le petit roule vraiment bien, très stable, et la couleur bleue est magnifique en personne.
Ma tante l’utilise pour aller chercher son courrier et faire de petites sorties. Elle adore la cabine fermée. Le siège est vraiment confortable, il y a un frein de stationnement qui la rassure beaucoup, et le verrouillage avec alarme sur la télécommande ajoute une bonne sécurité. I was not sure what to expect from a fully enclosed mobility scooter, but the ET4 Cruise Connect scooter really surprised me. My family used to own regular mobility scooters and none of them were enclosed, so we were shocked to see that a mobility scooter can have AC and heat, plus a steering wheel!! It is honestly so good, drives almost like a small city pod. It is smooth, quiet, and very stable. My aunt uses it mostly for grocery runs and to visit her friends. The rear storage is super practical, and the cabin stays warm even when it is windy. She says the seat feels supportive and she does not get tired as quickly.
